🌸 Menstrual Leave
Women at Federer can take one day off during their period.
It’s something you talk about with your lead, to make sure work keeps flowing — and empathy does too.
🎄 Agency Winter Break
Federer closes during the last week of December.
It doesn’t count as part of your vacation days. Enjoy, recharge, come back funnier.
🇬🇹 Official Holidays
We follow Guatemala’s public holidays.
For Costa Rica and Honduras — sorry, but you get ours (we actually have more).
🎂 Birthday Off
Each team member gets one day off during their birthday month.
You can take it on the day itself, or the day before or after — just coordinate with your direct lead.
🎉 Your Pet’s Birthday
Yes, your dog, cat, or turtle deserves a day too.
You get the day off on their birthday — just coordinate to keep the work flowing.
🕊️ Bereavement Leave
In case of the loss of a first- or second-degree family member, you’ll receive three days off.
Because life happens — and we’re human first.
🐾 Pet Bereavement Leave
We know pets are family too. If you lose yours, you also get three days off to heal (and cry guilt-free).
🎺 October 19 — International Ska Day
A Federer-only holiday. We celebrate it on the day itself. Because who else gives you a day off for Ska?
🐶 November 4 — Dog Day at Federer
Another internal holiday, because dogs > meetings. No further explanation needed.
🌴 Vacation Policy
Vacations must be requested at least two weeks in advance, or as stated in your contract.
Coordinate them through your direct lead — we’re flexible, but not psychic.
☀️ Wellness Day (Every Four Months)
Once every quarter, you get a Wellness Day — a day to rest, reset, and do whatever keeps your mind clear.
Just coordinate it ahead to keep things running smoothly.
