What is it?
For the average consumer, it’s a promotional club for Multiplaza Honduras, where they can participate in the various promotions offered by this shopping center.

They only need to create a user profile, providing some information or using their Facebook account. Then, they can choose which promotions to participate in, whether they want them or not, and their invoices gain additional value.

For Grupo Roble, it’s a loyalty platform that provides options such as:

a- Market research: understanding what people consume at their shopping center, their preferences, invoice changes, and average spending.

b- Platform for commercial alliances with tenants: the ability to allow businesses within the shopping center to carry out joint promotions, either alone or in alliances with other businesses to boost their sales through long, medium, or short-term promotions.

c- A CRM: the platform is equipped with segmented email sending based on the use of the application, frequency of invoice changes, affinity with certain businesses, products, or purchase ranges. This allows targeted communication of interest to individuals and avoids generating spam.

d- Participation and loyalty management: understanding the most loyal individuals in terms of purchases, visits, and businesses.

Designed as a web app to always be accessible through the preferred medium of Multiplaza consumers in their two cities: mobile devices.
