Claro Centroamérica aimed to kick off 2021 with a digital campaign that would bring laughter. After the challenges of 2020, people were looking forward to a better future and, ideally, something that would bring a smile.
In the aftermath of 2020, everyone desires a glimpse into the future, albeit in a lighthearted way.
Idea
Develop a digital campaign that collects user data in exchange for a fun, meme-filled glimpse into their future.
Solution
We created a platform where any question about the future would yield a humorous response in the form of a meme. The content campaign spanned across Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama, running on social media and programmatic channels.
Results
The campaign garnered an impressive 126,767 visits from all mentioned countries within a two-week period. More than 278,000 responses were shared, indicating high engagement as users returned to inquire multiple times.
